The Urbanista in Eco Fashion Week
Like the parade Fashion of Fashion and Design Festival Montreal , bicycles Series Urbanista found themselves featured in the "Eco Fashion Week " in Vancouver last week.
Held at "Salt Building " in the Vancouver Olympic Village , the parade presented collections Fall 2011 of 22 designers environmentally conscious, from around the world, as Jason Matlo and Nicole Bridger .

Very early morning of Saturday, February 20, I accompanied some of the club Audi Quattro luxembourg towards Loops Spa. Three-capita bridges, I did not go very far!
This day was a beautiful back, a magical atmosphere which propels us directly into the 80's!
The passages in the evening at a pace of Chevron had already seen, similar to old video archives!
We finished our day very late in the wood Creppe. It remained over many viewers, you could hear the roar of engines in the distance accompanied by the glow of the ramps leading up to go see these wonders just 30cm in front of us ...
I had recently ordered the Quattro GR.4 Thiry-Gilsoul, winners of last year, so I decide to draw the winners of this year!
That is the Ford Escort Mk1 and Erard Stouf

Liz Sherman , theater director in New York, dreaming of various theatrical projects, of urban performance, involving cycling. She longed to be able to mount a show trial where actors Cycling preform on a soundtrack. But it is not easy to set up projects in unusual public settings without causing some problems. Maybe too many problems for this to happen.
So Liz is back at the base of its concept: Roll music.
On a soundtrack composed specially for these events by a size of movie soundtrack, Duncan Bridgeman, and totally inspired by the predetermined path, Liz Sherman offered to people who wanted to download on their MP3 player that sound and arrange to meet you at one point and a specific time in the heart of New York for a ride cyclo-musical. This is called JoyRide .
This concept ties in very well that of the BAC Walks (Bicycles, art and culture) that we had tried to introduce last year. This was less than great biking trips velocipedic to reach some points of exhibitions and shows. The bike then became a pretext for the discovery and encounter, as many people as happened, for each "output" is created on the spot, improvising according to the mood of the moment and suggestions. The few rides there were BAC gave their share of surprising discoveries.

Thus the only passenger on a helmet over the ears!
Joyride, a 11 km ride through the streets of New York. The event took place three times last summer, the three Saturdays in August Summer Streets Festival, during which the streets are closed to traffic.

In 1993, Norway, in Trondheim, on the west coast, we found a brilliant solution to accommodate cyclists intimidated by the steep streets: A ski-slope "barnacles".
The system fits perfectly into the landscape. It runs 7 km / h.
So, Mr. Labeaume? This is a great project for the city of Quebec, city of steep slopes and coasts free. And do not tell us that winter can be a problem for this system: It was invented in Norway, and Norway, there is also a higher quality winter!
The lift is in operation from 7am to 22pm every day and work even in winter with a heating cable system. Thanks to Robert

Maryl Monroe Peircing
Phew! It's been a long time!
It's been a little piece that I will return here and I said to myself "that I should find something to write." So here is what happens tonight that ca ... It starts with what? A new recipe, tomorrow?
I subscribed to the recipe Express Clodine. So every day I get a new recipe. I found some to try, including the one tonight. Since I try to varied our diet as possible, I am eager to buy the main ingredient ... Fresh salmon. A nice recipe, very simple for a weeknight and has very good taste.
" Salmon Burgers "
The task to chop the salmon into small cubes, was not as difficult as I thought. But we must say that I only had 2 balls to do.
Here's the recipe:
Salmon Burgers Serves: 4
Cost: $ 3.85
Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking
: 10 to 12 minutes
Freezing: not
• 500 g (1 lb ) fresh salmon, skinned
• 3 green onions, finely chopped • 1
eggwash
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A few drops of green tabasco (I have nothing but red)
• 45 ml (3 tbsp) oil
• 4 whole wheat buns (on my favorite bread: ciabatta)
1. Preheat oven to 200 ° F to warm breads.
2. Chop the salmon with a knife as if to make a tartar.
3. In a bowl, mix the salmon flesh with green onions, egg yolk, salt, pepper and Tabasco. (Add bread crumbs in the house mix) Form 4 patties round.
4. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown patties on both sides, 5 to 6 minutes. (I cooked the first side, 4 minutes and the second, 2 minutes. To make sure the ball does not fall apart). Book Oven to keep warm (if necessary).
5. Take a bread and top with a slab of salmon.
Note:
fun to vary the toppings! Capers, roasted onions, wasabi mayonnaise, shredded iceberg lettuce with cream, cucumber, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes and olives. If you want to get more crispy cakes, put them in flour or bread crumbs before cooking.

Vomiting After Being Stomach Punched

A small nod to acknowledge the medals recently obtained by our product manager at Opus and urban road, Stéphane Le Beau , triple champion World Track. Lucien Jonas (1880-1947) was primarily a great artist, but also a portrait painter and decorator wall.
He was appointed official painter of the French navy. These paintings and drawings of wartime have school and are on permanent display at the Musee Carnavalet in Paris.
